Battery died on Jailbroken iTouch

I have a 8GB 3g iPod Touch that I jailbroke through blackra1n about three weeks ago. Today, as I was installing a Rock app, the battery died, and I got the recovery screen. I've heard everywhere that you can't jailbreak on a 3.1.3, so I don't want to restore. Is there any other way to get my JB back?

Dude just run the blackra1n program and everything will go back to normal. So have fun with your fixed iPod!
