Hey everyone, I love my iphone 3g but,

I was hoping someone else had this problem. Every night while Im sleeping, I have my phone plugged in to charge. So everyday I leave my house its 100% charged. There have been a few days where the phone is almost dead at the end of the day when I know I didn't really use the phone. I go into stats, and it says my usage since last full charge is in the hours, maybe 1.5 to 3.5 hours of usage, when in fact, maybe all I did was check my email once. Other days, the usage is accurate.

Whatever is going on to take up the battery thats "usage" is eating the battery down. I have 3g enabled and fetch, and normally have ok battery, but i still have to charge it everyday. Just sometimes, its in the red around 5pm.

Anyone have this issue? Check your usage and keep track of how much you use it, some days its almost the time since the full charge it says i've been using my phone.

Matt

remove your mail accounts and re add them manually.

i think there is a bug in mail, where it continuously checks for new mail.

it's a common issue i think. (tends to happen more with push enabled?)
