battery down?

i can't turn on my iphone. only power-on with AC power... and only show "Apple" icon. If I connect to iPhone to PC through USB cable, the iPhone didn't power-on.
Is it battery problems????
 
Make sure it is fully charged, and if you can't advance past the Apple logo you have bigger problems than that
