Hi,

I bought Tetherme so I could use Bluetooth on my iPad to connect to my iPhone 4 (4.3.2) for surfing.

While it works remarkably well, I've noticed my iPhone gets very hot and tends to drain the battery much faster. I'd say around 1% every 3 minutes. How does this compare to native tethering?

Is there anything I can do to improve it? I've turned off location services and other obvious things, but the heat has me concerned.

Thx.

If you are moving a lot of data back and forth your phone WILL get hot and the battery will drain much more quickly. It is ashame that a lot of the energy goes into making heat but that is where we are with technology today.
