Hi all,
First of all, this is not a complaining thread, but I do have issues.

1. I lose battery life like mad. I've made sure I have no apps open, but still, even today, I've lost about 40% battery and I've used it for maybe 15 minutes MAX. (It was charged last night too)

2. Wifi works (sometimes)

3. It does this. (see pic below)

I'm not a very happy camper right now. What to do?

Thanks

Nice 3D effect!

Too many issues here. I would exchange it.

Haha thanks.. :p

Two questions: 1. is it worth a shot doing a complete wipe and reinstall? I just think that's probably the first thing Apple is going to do.
2. If I do get it replaced, does Apple reimburse you for the invisible shield if you installed one? (I did... )

I should also add to the list it has tons of light bleed...which I was just going to deal with..but maybe not now.

Light bleed is normal according to Apple and all the reports here. Personally I think it would be nice if the display was better quality, but it's not.

I've had a couple and they vary depending on how well they were glued together.

I think it comes back to what Steve said when he was trashing netbooks, it's hard for Apple to make anything with good quality for under $1,000.

1. Sure, try it. If you have a bad gpu, it won't help.
2. No

Bummer about them not reimbursing for invisible shield. Well I'll try a complete wipe so when I bring it in I can say I already did that so they don't have to waste their time.
