battery drain due to location services?

Since the upgrade, I have noticed that "Motion Calibration & Distance" has been running constantly. It shows the hollow arrow, almost as it were a geofence. I'm not sure what's generating that. I do have an AppleWatch.

I was having the same issue with Location-based Alerts. Nothing I did solved the issue, so I just disabled that setting and now the battery is back to “normal”.

Sorry I couldn’t provide a better solution.
