Battery Drain Faster on one year old 4

Jailbroken 4 on 4.3.3. Battery lasts about 8 hours compared to 12 up until about a month ago. No new apps and only a few updates from cydia.

Would like to keep jailbreak but would update to 5.01 fix this?
