Hello.
I have an iphone 4 with iOS 5.1.1 and im having battery problems for some time now but the battery still hold enough to get through the day but right now its draining really fast and overnight it drained 31%
I always have everything ( wifi, gps, 3g, data) turned off, i switched all the mail settings to manually instead of push and the problem is still there.
This was after i did a factory restore to start as "new" and only restored my previous texts and contacts, nothing more. I did jailbreak the phone because i wanted sbsettings, so i installed that, youtubetomp3 and some apps from the app store ( 2 games that i haven't used yet and instagram).
Could be the jailbreak or sbsettings? I remember reading that jailbreak doesn't affect battery life but i don't know anymore =/
Im thinking of restoring it again and don't do jailbreak or anything just to test but im getting tired of doing this i will have to get back to install all of this stuff in future because i need it and whats the point of having a phone like this if you can't use it at is full potential?!
Also, i used batteryinfo before the reset and the phone has around 180 cycles and i bought it in Oct/2011.
Any tips or solution for this? I thought of using the warranty but i don't know if it qualifies for a replacement battery.
