Battery Drain So Fast Iphone 4 4.2 Never Lock

I'm using 4.2 iphone 4 world , i'm not install many soft yet
battery drain too fast
every 10 minute 3 %

is there any way to help this ?

What are you running? More intensive apps like high graphics games will kill your battery.

Some things you can do to save battery:
-Turn 3G off when you don't need it (wifi or no 3G in your area)
-Turn off Bluetooth
-Turn down the brightness
-Turn your email/application push settings to manual.
-Turn EQ off if you're listening to music as it uses battery
