i have a new iphone 6 and turned off nearly everything that drains my battery.

In the morning my battery is at 100%, 3 hours later its still at 100% or 99% (just standby).

1 hour later its suddenly at 90% or less. (already just standby).

Does anyone know why it does that?

sry for the english

That doesn't seem right! You didn't use it at all in that one hour and it drained from 100 to 90%? My battery was having issues and I restored my 6 Plus and set it up as new and reset all setting and did a soft reset (home + power button hold until Apple logo appears) and have some battery optimization settings. My battery seems to be better after doing these things. What may be draining your batter is you may have low cellular signal like 1-2 bars...check and see!;)

The battery meter has never been linear. Don't fret over the drop that you see. Just use the phone and see what your usage is after the day.

I check back at the end of the day and post a screenshot of what my usage is...

It's an app to help maximize your battery.

Settings > General > Usage > Battery Usage

Tells you who the power eaters are.
