battery estimates seem right?

Hi there
This is what im seeing righ now
MplayerX has nothing open ATM, As you can see i dont have many programs open, and this is a 2 month old MBP
The battery meter is jumping between 4hours and 5 hours.... brightness at half.
Right now the screen turned dimmed, and it started showing 6.. back to 5:42 now 5:15
how much battery life can i expect watching SD .mkv? (h264 i think)...
