I am going to be getting a battery grip for my 60d. I have two batteries one is the OEM battery 180mAh and I have another battery that 2600mAh. Is that going to cause any problems?

As long as the voltage is the same, then there'll be no problem.
the milliampere-hour value only signifies the total capacity of the battery. The device can drain the battery at its own pace, so only the voltage matters.
also if your non oem battery doesn't have a chip installed in it, the camera won't know how much battery is left
