Battery HD+ app not displaying on iphone 3g

I do not see this app and possibly others on my iphone 3g. When I type it in "search iPhone" section on my phone it shows up and it displays "Top Hit" to the right of it.

Can anyone tell me it/they do not show on my and why it shows such text please?
