iPhone XR Battery health 100-94 after 14.6?

I got an XR at Christmas. It had been great and battery health at 100% until I updated to 14.6, after update down to 94%. Not only that I notice the drain, before hand I’d come home from work at have around 55% minimum, now I’m home with 30%
Any idea what’s gone wrong?

Same for a lot of us. I have a 12 Pro and my health has dropped from 100 to 97 in three weeks.
