Its a new'11 MBP. Is it normal for the battery health to be going down that fast? Or should i take it into the apple store to get it checked out?
 
The health jumps around all the time, my 2010 with 400 cycles goes from 88-97% health. I wouldn't worry about it.
 
It's normal; my MBP went from 98% health to 93% health in about 40-50 cycles, starting from when it was brand new.
 
Normal, mine jumped from 99% to 87% and then to 94% and is now 99%. All in two years.
