Hey guys,

I don't actually have any problems with my macbook battery but was just wondering if my battery life is normal.

I'm using a Macbook5,1 (late 2008 aluminium unibody macbook. not pro)

and under iStat I'm getting:
Health: 93%
Cycles: 400

and under system profiler (I know it says condition is normal ) I'm getting:

That's a good health for 400 cycles and that battery.

I have a white 2008 MB with 216 cycles and it has "only" 91% health.

I have an Late 08 Macbook Pro with 477 cycles and 98% health. Still holds as long as a charge as when i got it.

Ahh good! I had stopped using my Macbook all the time since i got my iPad and when i checked the battery it was away down to 88% but a good calibration brought it back up to 95% but it keeps going between 93%-95%

Oh really? I take it youve calibrated and reset SMC?

I hope my battery lasts another 2 years or more, which is when i'll start thinking about a computer upgrade i love my macbook i don't need no stinking i3/5/7 processors jkjk.
