Battery Health down after Lion install

Since installing Lion my battery health is down to 55% and says "Service Battery". The battery has only been charged 140 cycles.

I've tried resetting PRAM and SMC, and have completely charged and discharged a few times but it hasn't improved the battery at all.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix the battery?
