Where do I find what my battery health is and how many battery cycles? Thanks.

System Profiler

You can look at the "power" tab under system profiler. Click the Apple and then About this Mac and then More Info. A good app to track your battery is Coconut Battery. It puts all that info in an easy to read interface.
