iPhone 7/Plus Battery Health "Service"

So got a new battery in my iPhone 7. iBackupBot says 0 cycles. However, under the battery health app all I get is "Service"

Any ideas?

Any ideas?

It's an after market battery and not an official Apple battery. Same thing shows for my ifixit battery.
