I've had my Macbook Pro for about 15 months now, it's one of the "Mid 2007" models. Recently I've noticed that my battery health has drastically dropped. I've tried calibrating the battery but it hasn't helped.

According to coconut battery, the health is 41% or 2302 mAh of 5600 mAh and I've only done 122 load cycles. I get barely more then an hour (usually less) out of the battery.

Should I call apple care about this, or is this normal?

Thanks for any help.

i would call apple about it...i mean, they say that the battery should retain 80% of the charge capacity at around 300 cycles...so by what you are saying...you are WAY below that

give them a call...
