My battery seems off today usually by this time I have more then 70% battery left. Today I have 20% it seems like its draining faster...does wifi or data use more battery life? I used over 80% battery when I normally use only no more then 20-30% in the same amount of time. Does wifi turn off when battery is below 20%?

Cellular uses more battery than Wi-Fi and no, Wi-Fi doesn't turn off when the battery is below 20%.

Here's some iPhone-specific info, if you're interested: http://www.apple.com/batteries/iphone.html

Data generally drains battery faster than wifi, but battery will also drain if wifi is turned on while using data (constantly searching for wifi has an effect).

And no, wifi does not automatically turn off when the battery reaches 20%, wifi will stay on until the phone drains to 0% unless you decide to turn it off.
