Hi,

I've noticed this twice now for the past week on my iPhone 3G. I'm using the standard apple wall charger that's bundled with the iPhone.

So each time I've waited for my iPhone to be less than half the battery used and then plug it in for charging. After waiting several hours for it to charge up, I unplug and I notice that the battery meter has not gone forward at all.

But when I plug it again, the iPhone will show the icon with a plug, meaning that it's fully charged. However, the battery meter indicates that it's still less than half charged. If I shut down the iPhone and turn it back on, it shows itself as fully charged?

What's going on here? Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this? I'm using the iPhone 2.0.2 firmware.

Thanks.
