Battery indicator jumps values

Hello my problem started to happend on my iphone 5 using ios 7 , when the percentage of my phone was around 20 %, it was jumping to 12-14 %. This happens on my iphone 6 as well. Have in my mind that i restored from backup and not set up as new. Anyone with same issue?

Try recalibrating the battery meter; use the phone until it runs out of juice and powers off, then plug in and fully recharge. If that doesn't work, back up, restore as new, use it to see if the issue is occurring.

If it still is jumpy, contact Apple. If not, restore your backup and see if the fluxes are gone. If the fluxes come back, then your backup is corrupted and you'll have set up as new and manually as back your data.
