Hi Guys!

Have my macbook about 24 months now, and this past six months the charge is not as good as it use to be. It now holds just over an hour worth of charge.

Also when set to show remaining charge as time, it can function a bit weird, for instance, right now, for the past ten mins it was saying 44, 43, 45, and now it has went to 32 in the past two minutes.

I have calibrated a few times, but may try this again, as it has been a while since I done this.

According to apply if it seems to have bad functioning whilst under 300 charge cycles it can be replaced!?

Details:

Charge Information:
Charge remaining (mAh): 1288
Fully charged: No
Charging: No
Full charge capacity (mAh): 2743
Health Information:
Cycle count: 251
Condition: Check battery
Battery Installed: Yes
Amperage (mA): -1959
Voltage (mV): 993

So what you think, is this normal?

Forgot to say, it shuts down (does not sleep) at 20%! It is still under warranty (another year left).

Cheers

James

For comparison (I just got this battery this week as a replacement to a battery with issues):

Full Charge Capacity (mAh): 5383
Remaining Capacity (mAh): 3364
Amperage (mA): 1771
Voltage (mV): 11959
Cycle Count: 2

I'm getting about 4 and a half hours on a full charge with my screen a bit dimmed and no music playing. If I change either of those I do see a dip, but it is what I'd expect.
