Battery Issue and Conflict. What do I make of this?

see the contradiction in the readings. this happened after I woke it from sleep and rebooted. Initially coconut agreed with the system reading but then changed to the current reading which is ~36%. I have been using the system for 20 mins since this started so it's clearly not at 3%
