iPhone battery health decreasing fast within five 5 months it decreased to 96% (within a month 2% battery drained

This is not unusual. There are countless threads on this topic. It's still well within standard and no one here can tell you why it's decreased other than it's a lithium ion battery and by nature, capacity decreases with age. That is only an estimate anyway and may not even reflect reality. Literally the only thing you can do is stop stressing about it. If you're not seeing a noticeable decrease in battery life, it's a non-issue.

The 11 series doesn’t have a battery issue and from the sounds of it yours is fine too.

Don’t obsess over the health feature and just use your phone, it’s not renowned for being the most accurate.

If you’re unable to let it go then take it to an Apple store, but, as has already been said, it’s unlikely that they’ll do anything until it hits 80%.
