I just got my iPhone 3g a month ago and now i am having a few problems with it. My Battery gets hot and doesn't show the alert indicator of wheather or not its about to die (you know when it says 10% or 20% remaining) and also the silencer switch was really really really difficult to move and now its extreamly lose. I made an appointment with apple and i go tommorow. I wanted to know do you think they will replace my iphone? Do you think it will be new or referbished? If they dont have one in stock do you think they are going to give me the new iPhone 3gs!????

Thanks

I think they will replace it. It will be a refurb in a plain white box. If they don't have any white box phones of your model in stock they will order one and call you when it comes in. They will not pull a new one from the retail inventory. I just went through this this week.
