Battery issues or bug?

Every once in a blue moon after I unplug my series 4 from the charger does it drop from 100% to 98% or 97%. Usually it does this after its been on the charger all night. My battery health is at 95% so I am thinking this may be a bug in watch os. Anyone else have this problem?

Same with mine... I have noticed at times the battery drops faster than normal...
