Battery jumps by 5% once it reaches 7-10%

Hello
This happened to my ihone 5 and 5s...
On my iphone 5, when it said 10% battery left, 1 min later it went down to 5% and yesterday my iphone 5s, jumped from 6% to 1% instantly closed :/'ihave screenshots that in 14 min i lost 7% battery that went instantly down!!

NO ANSWERS ;(
