Battery Level Overlay for Games?

Hey guys I was just curious if anyone knows of a program that will display your laptops battery level in simple text over top of 3D games?
 
I don't know if there is such a program but if you play though Steam, just use [SHIFT + TAB] while ingame and among other things it'll display your battery status for you on the lower right corner ;)
