Battery Life And Themes

Quick Question.
So I downloaded an installed Smoog, and I really like the theme, but I'm willing to remove it if it uses up too much battery.

So my question to you guys is, does using themes use/drain my battery faster?

most themes dont some of the themes with active animation on the home screen and lockscreen do use more battery but I havnt seen any significant decrease due to usage.

It shouldn't...you shouldn't worry...just turn sleepmode on when you're not using it...or turn off push
