Battery Life - Complications Privacy

Has anyone been able to compare how much if at all battery life is impacted by having complications showing data when the always on display is in the inactive mode? For years, I have used it where it was in the privacy mode, so things like Fitness would not show my rings when the watch screen was not active. However, I’m thinking about changing it, so that I can glance down and see my rings or other complications without waking the watch screen. Any experience with how this might affect battery life?
