Battery life in sleep mode 13.3" macbook pro

Hi, just had a quick question. I just purchased my macbook pro about 3 weeks ago and it came with lion installed. In my power settings I have the computer set to sleep at 2 hours when on battery. With lion when I closed the lid the light on the bottom right would flash for an hr or so then shut off, with mountain lion the light stays on all the time and I have noticed that the battery drains significantly more with the lid closed than it did on lion.

Is there some setting I need to change that is causing this excessive drain?
