Battery life is defective ?

I had my right earbud in by itself for maybe 10 minutes tops and yet my right is 10% while the left is 50%. Did have the left in the charger but surprised between the difference

Well as it only takes around 15-25 minutes to fully charge the AirPods in the case from empty, that doesn’t look strange at all. IMHO.
