Battery Life of 11" MBA (2013) and rMB (2015)

Any thoughts or insights? Thinking of switching and I need the rMB to be at least in the ballpark as the 11". Looking at the 1.2 8/512 for the rMB if that makes a difference. Lots of writing (word or pages); reviewing PDFs and documents and then standard web surfing/research and iTunes streaming/listening. Might finally breakdown and buy scrivener and write the next classic american novel.

Any first hand knowledge would be much appreciated. Thanks!
