Battery Life on iPhone 5S

My brother's iPhone 5S has poor battery life. it dies within 2 hours of low to moderate use. What gives? Should he exchange it?

Depends what he's running with it.
If he's downloading, streaming lots of stuff, playing graphic intense games etc...
You always use up tons of battery when you first get a new phone and want to try and use all the features.
Tell him to try a restore too and setup as new.
