Battery Life on my 5 Took a Nose Dive

Today the battery on my phone is almost dead. Typically I get more than a day's use out of it and I haven't done anything out of the ordinary. Apps that have recently updated are Flipboard, Soundhound, IMDB, Instagram, Netflix, Angry Birds Star Wars, ESPN SportsCenter, HBO GO, and my local Newschannel 8 app. My background app refresh was turned back on somehow and I turned it off, but only dropbox and Facebook were refreshing. Anyone else having any battery drain with any of those apps lately? I hardly use most of them anyway.

If you do not use them, erase them.

Has your reception been degraded, that will suck the power quickly trying to stay in service. If not might be time to see the geeks.
