It's reported to be the same as the Gen 1 Apple Watch. Up to 18 hours of battery. The Gen 2 Watch has a larger battery to coordinate with the brighter display and GPS, which equals out to 18 hours.

I've, been using mine since 5am and it is now 5pm and i am it 79% on the series 2 42mm stainless steel.
