Battery Life on the new macbooks?

Hey guys, what kind of battery life have you guys been getting on the new macbooks?

I'm considering the 2.4ghz model (w/o ssd) and am interested in what kind of life i'd get with wifi use and maybe itunes and microsoft word on in the background.

Can any of you guys shed light on this?
and of course, any input is welcome. i'm curious to see what kind of battery life you guys are getting with whatever applications you guys are running

jon4lakers got 5.5hrs with full brightness and word processing.
i believe his is non ssd too.
