Battery life with 4.2?

Yes. The battery life is definitely shorter now than it was before. I find that I have to charge my iPad every 2-3 days now instead of 4-5 days.

It isn't at the point of inconvenience though.

On a serious, none penis erectius note, I haven't really timed battery life, but I also power it off from time to time and "close" the apps when I am done.

But powering off is a good suggestion. We shouldn't have to close the apps, that should have zero effect, provided they're not running in the background.

Yea I am, (break), which is why I included the penis note... Been a rough, stressful BS filled day and I shouldn't take it out on you.

Same here. Battery life is terrible even after trying all the stuff listed above. Sure, charging 2-3 days instead of 3-4 isn't that big of a hinderence, but the upgrade doesn't seem to be worth the trade off?

My battery is dropping very dramatically.

My battery seems fine. Just finished an 8 hour drive with GPS on all the way, streaming Pandora and various other apps in the background via 3G and had 20% left after a 90% start.
