I was reading the forum in the last couple of days and found a thread about switching off FaceTime completely to extend the battery life. Well last night I switched FaceTime off completely charged the iPad over night and then used it exactly how I normally do mixture off games, surfing the web, bit of Netflix plus other day to day bits. Normally around this time my battery would be around 50% to 55% well today it's at 72% so I believe it actually works and the fact I rarely use FaceTime I will leave it switched off. Just thought I'd post my findings
