Battery loss in ios 7 when the screen is off iphone 4 ?

On ios 7 my iphone 4 looses about 20 pct. over a night. Background updates and blutooth is off. Wifi is on.
On ios 6 I would loose a couple of pct. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm still losing only 3 or 4% overnight and that is with wifi on, bluetooth on, and background updates off. No different for me than with iOS 6 on my iPhone 4.

I did a full battery drain and recharge and so far my battery has been better. Let's see if it holds up.

The experience of my friends & family with iOS 7 on iPhone 5, 5C & 5S models all reflect iOS 7 as a battery hog. Yet if past experience repeats itself, Apples pretty good about fixing these problems at some point in time.
