So my battery went from good to poor and is now back to being in good health. This all happened within a span of about a month so it has me scratching my head a bit looking for an answer and trying to determine if the battery is really dying or not. Nothing changed use wise throughout the 4 weeks. So can batteries heal themselves and if they can't any idea what type of issue I have?
Thanks
Mike

Maybe it is just fluctuating or dying.
What exact MB are you talking about and have you checked iStat Pro (widget), Coconut Battery (application) or the following FAQ yet?

Batteries don't "heal" themselves. Chances are it was giving you a false reading. But chances are your battery is on it's way out. Had the same thing happen to me before I replaced mine. It was usually in the 50 percent range for capacity and sometimes would jump back to 80%.
