battery maintenance MBP Retina

Hi!

I hear so many different versions for how one is supposed to take care on the MBP battery, to make it last as long as possible etc. I'd like to settle this once and for all, and as you guys should be the ones who actually knows this, do you mind sharing your advices with me?
