Battery Measuring App

Are there any apps which can be used to measure the actual time a charge lasts? I have tried x-charge but this doesn't seem to open in OSX.

iStat Menus and iStat Pro will provide battery status, but nothing is extremely accurate. There's always some variance.

Are these apps able to record the actual time the battery lasts?

eg: I unplug the charger at 10:00am, use the laptop till 13:00 , close the lid till 14:00, continue to use the laptop until 15:00 and the app will tell me the battery has lasted 4 hours since the charger was unplugged ?

No, I don't know of any app that does that.

Actual battery usage between charges monitor

I too have recently been looking for such an app or widget, so thought I would bump this question.

There are things like Coconutbattery, that measures the charge, capacity and cycles.

I want the same as GGJstudios. An app that measures actual usage on battery power between being plugged into the mains.

It's not me who wants that; it's the OP. I see no use for such an app.
