Hi all - I love my iPhone, but my friend has a battery % indicator and I do not. How do I get that?

1. Is your iphone jailbroken? Does it a have SBSettings?
2. Just in case it is a no to both, jailbreak it with spiritjb, jailbreakme or greenpois0n depending on your firmware. Go to cydia and download SBSettings (SpringBoard Settings)
3. Once it's done respringing slide your finger over the status bar. You'll see a small inset. Click on 'more' then on 'system options'. Turn on numeric battery.

Hope this helps!

^^ That seems like an awful lot to go through when all you have to do is go to Settings>General>Usage and turn on Battery Percentage!!

True. I made the call based on the fact they just joined MR. And believe me, I know all about assuming things!! I'll be a little more detailed next time.
