Battery percentage increases after network reset?

Hey guys,

After each night-charging, upon disconecting my iphone, the battery discharges rapidly. However, if i network reset it, the battery percentage increases and the discharge rate become normal.

Im currently using a philip ds3000 dock, would that make a difference?

Finally could the jailbreak be the culprit of this problem? Anyone with this problem?

You'll find rebooting the phone after it is charged will do this too, the battery % meter is never 100% accurate.
