Battery Percentage Not Accurate iOS 16

I turned on the battery percentage on my iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 16 and its been at 88% for over an hour lol, my phones battery isnt that good. It should of at least go down by 1 or 2 %. Anyone else having this issue?

When your battery gets weaker the percentage reading usually gets less accurate. Though it could also just be frozen, a restart would fix that.
