I changed my battery on my early 2014 macbook air to a third party product, because my normal battery was at 1030 cycles.

I tried draining the battery to nothing, leaving it for 5 hours, and then overcharging it for 2 hours to reset the battery, and that didn't work.

I also tried removing the battery and holding the power button for 5 seconds to reset the SMC, but that didn't work.

I checked battery health etc. and it all says normal. Most of the time my battery says 100% and drains a little down to 92% or so. Then if I close my computer and reopen it, it goes back to 100%.

Please let me know if you have any other ideas!
