BATTERY PROBLEMS on 2010 MBP 13" 2.4ghz model

for 40% remaining it says i have 2hr 20 mins left???

i have the model since sept 2010 and battery seemed fined..till i noticed it now.

Any advise...i normally do leave it to charge..and after it gets full...sometimes still plugged in.

This should answer most, if not all, of your battery questions: Apple Notebook Battery FAQ

Also have a look at Activity Monitor (Applications / Utilities /) and select All Processes and sort by CPU to see what the culprit may be.

image below uses sorting by CPU as an example

i have calibrated it again...

activity monitor seems ok..not much on.

at 99% battery power in time remains is at 4hrs 57 mins?

it should be 10hrs...as it was at the beggining or at least about 8/9hrs

any other advice..shall i just go to apple store?

will they replace the battery or whole macbook pro?

Have you checked the battery health?
And if the battery is faulty, the battery will be replaced, not the whole MBP.

Read the Battery FAQ that simsaladimbamba posted a link to, especially the BATTERY LIFE FROM A CHARGE section. It directly answers your questions.
